Sandra Oldfield's Syrah is has become one of my favourites of the Tinhorn Creek lineup.
It offers lush wild berries and plumy aromas layered with oodles of black pepper, mocha, vanilla, leather and baking spices. The palate is supple with a fine texture throughout. Similar mocha, peppery spices and black fruit visit the palate. An elegant wine with excellent legnth.
Recommended pairings: BBQ ribs, smoked pork chops, grilled prime beef and aged goat's cheese
